Our parties have been refined over many years to get the perfect balance between maximising the enjoyment of your guests, creating amazing art projects, while also taking into account childrens' attention spans. Our parties run for 90 minutes and are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays at the following times: 10:30am-12:00pm | 1:00pm-2:30pm | 3:30pm-5:00pm The structure of our parties are as follows: 15 minutes to greet your guests and have guests create a memorable take home gift for your child; 45 minutes for a fully guided Art Activity; 20 minutes to enjoy food; and 10 minutes to cut the cake, take photos and for your guests to collect their masterpieces to take home Our party venues only cater for one party at a time, so your function will be private and completely hosted by our wonderful and experienced party hosts. To ensure the studio is clean and fresh for you when you arrive, we ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your party start time. We also kindly request that you leave within 10 minutes of your finishing time to allow us to prepare for the next group.

The base package is $495 which includes a maximum of 12 children Every additional child is $25. We can host up to a maximum of 32 children (however due to current COVID restrictions this is currently limited to 25) This includes a dedicated use of our studio, party hosts who will guide all the guests through your child's chosen activity, take home masterpiece for each child, and use of plates, cups etc We also offer catering (see below for details and pricing) or you can BYO party food A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. We will finalise numbers and the activity one week before your party when the remaining balance will be payable

Can I change the activity/catering that I have chosen? Yes of course. One week before the party we will call you to confirm number of guests, activity and catering. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate any changes after that point. When do you require payment? We take a $50 non-refunable deposit upon booking to guarantee your spot. Final payment is due a week before your party, once we have finalised the number of guests, activity and catering. This means you can just turn up on the day and enjoy the party. Can we invite guests that are younger than 4 years old? Yes sure, it’s no problem to have guests who aren’t 4 yet. We would assume this would be the case for a party for a 4 year old. My child is turning 3, can we have a party at The Art Factory? If most of your guests are older than 4 years then thats no problem. However if the majority are 2 years we suggest you wait a year until they are turning 4 until having a party with us. What if we have boys and girls invited? You will notice that almost all of the activities offer options to cater for different interests. ie: Creative canvases (space or fairy canvas) Treasure boxes (pirate or princess treasure box as well as a pirate hat or tiara) Also keep in mind that the kids get to choose their own colours and decorations for the artworks and there is always plenty of decorations and colours available for kids to make their own choices. If there are a few older kids at the party can they choose from the older range of activities? Unfortunately not because our party hosts work step by step through the craft with the group it is too tricky for them to direct two activities at a time. If I choose to have the party catered by The Art Factory can I bring extra food? Yes of course, any extra food (nut free) is welcome. Does The Art Factory cater for allergies? Please enquire about our dietary options. Does The Art Factory cater food for adults? We are currently developing our catering options for adults. However, in the interim, please let us know if your needs and we will do our best to come up with some options. Can adults stay at the party? Sure, we understand that parents of younger kids might want to stay close by. Though please reassure adults that they are not required to stay and as you can imagine the more adults, the more noise and the harder it is for the kids to hear the party host’s instructions. Is there room for adults at the venue? Is there a separate area for the adults? Yes there is plenty of room, though they would be in the studio area where the party is being held. What if more kids show up than expected? No problem if a few more than expected show up that’s no problem, we are always prepared. Is there any charge for younger siblings who come along? No, they will only be charged if they participate in the craft activity. What if younger siblings want to get involved? Kids older than 2 can have a go, they will just need an adult to help them out.
